Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia on orders over $149.00. For all other regions, shipping charges will apply. Some international orders may be subject to customs duties; in such cases, the customer is responsible for those charges upon delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • — Orders canceled within 7 days will incur a 40% deduction.
  • — No cancellations will be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:

  • — Requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • — No requests will be accepted after 15 days.
  • — Exchange processing may take 10–15 business days.
  • — Refunds are initiated only after inspection of the returned item and may take 15–20 business days to reject.
